Let’s do lunch.

With yesterday’s circuit failure on our proofer, we’re only going to be able to keep one shoulder and one brisket per day – which will mean we will probably need to close earlier in the evening than 7pm, when we run out.

And with the cold weather, we may need to cancel scheduled days due to road or temperature.

But with that all said –

The pulled pork sandwich was a favourite of our customers at shutdown, so we made it a menu item to stay. And it’s being flying out the window today!

We’re at @hintonsgreensquare today (Wednesday) thru Saturday 11-7, closed between 2-3, and Sunday 3-7, or supplies run out!
