Big Bird BBQ

Today (Saturday) was an absolutely beautiful fall day, and we were so thrilled to welcome back many friends of the truck as well as new visitors.

As we got everything shut down for the day, we made the decision that its time to winterize the trailer and say goodbye for the winter. Ending it on such a great high note is a treat.

We’ll be on @hintonsgreensquare tomorrow, but with a reduced menu based on supplies on hand, between 3-7pm. We’ll also be putting together a couple of special items in the next couple of days that will help keep your freezer stocked with some of that smoked meat goodness – stay tuned for more on that in the coming weeks, as well as details on apparel sales, gift cards, and catering bookings for next year.
