Another long weekend as Alberta recognizes Family Day is ahead, and as soon as we get back its time for Shrove Tuesdays Pancake Feast, Ash Wednesdays meatless menu, and meatless Fridays for Lent.
If the weather holds, we’ll spend Family Day getting the trailer ready… We’re hoping to launch Food Truck Fridays as the weather allows, letting students get breakfast and lunch straight from the truck of Big Bird BBQ. We’ll also be able to welcome walk up guests during these events, so if you’ve been missing buffalo cauliflower, brisket, pulled pork, and all the other truck favourites, stay tuned!
