Roost: Week of 3/20

It’s our last week before the kids get a break and we get the trailer ready to roll for the season! We’re starting it off with a backyard classics menu of hot dogs mac and cheese and baked beans and then rolling into a week of mostly new or new twists on previous items like the baked chicken parm with penne in american style alfredo sauce and beef yakisoba.

If some hopefully minor repairs and last preparations go well, we’re hoping the first friday in April will also be our first food truck friday at the school!
