We’ve been adoring seeing all you lovely people come by the trailer over the last month, and are so proud to have hit order 500 yesterday.

We want to let you know ahead of time – we will not be available to the public for two weeks starting a week from today as we join West Fraser for their shutdown.

We’re going to keep operating as long as weather allows, so we are expecting to be open again to the public before our target of Halloween seasonal closure, but want you to know now – you’ll need to get your brisket fix this week at green square (including the wild Mountain event this Saturday!) or wait until after shutdown.
